What Ed1 Means

Common Causes of Ed1
- Incompatible or overly thick detergent used in the ezDispense system
- Dried detergent residue blocking the dispenser tray or nozzle
- ezDispense pump itself has failed
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Check what type of detergent is loaded in the ezDispense reservoir (only specific liquid detergents are compatible) and clear any dried detergent residue from the tray that could be blocking flow.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- If using compatible detergent and clearing visible residue doesn't resolve Ed1, the pump itself needs a technician's replacement rather than repeated cleaning attempts.
