What Sb, 5b (Sabbath Mode) Means
Sb (which can also display as 5b) is not an error - LG's range Help Library article confirms this indicates Sabbath Mode, a genuine feature enabling observation of the Jewish Sabbath and holidays. While active, the set temperature can't be changed and the timer, light, and alarm functions are disabled; if the oven light was on when Sabbath mode was enabled, it stays on.

- Sabbath Mode intentionally activated
- Button combination pressed accidentally, enabling it

To turn it off: press Bake, set the Bake temperature using the +/- keys, press Start, then press and hold Clock for 3 seconds.
