What CH01, CH02, CH03 Means
CH01, CH02, and CH03 each indicate electronic abnormalities, such as a humidistat or main board issue, per LG's dehumidifier Help Library article, which documents all three with the identical description and identical fix.
Common Causes of CH01, CH02, CH03
- Humidistat (humidity sensor) fault
- Main board issue
- Temporary electronic glitch
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Unplug the dehumidifier for 20 seconds to reset the unit, then restore power and check whether the code has cleared.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- If a 20-second reset doesn't clear whichever of these three codes you're seeing, LG says the unit will require repair service - since all three point to the same general electronic-fault family, there's no meaningful home step beyond the reset.
Opening a panel to inspect or repair something yourself doesn't automatically cancel your manufacturer's warranty — but it can risk accidental damage, and some manufacturers do have specific service conditions. Check your product's warranty terms, or ask us, before deciding.
